We Pay You 100% of All Lender Commissions and Bonuses
Mortgage brokers must only declare Upfront and Trail/Monthly commissions for you, but that’s not all the money lenders pay them. Lenders also make other payments which have all sorts of different names and these bonus payments can be very BIG especially when brokers favour a small group of particular lenders. We don’t care what they’re called or how often they’re paid.
We rebate 100% of all lender payments to our clients (less our fee if you choose to deduct it).
Lower Fees and Less of Them
Because of our state of the art software and salaried advisers, we’ve kept costs down and service up. As a result, our fees are lower and there less of them. We don’t have hefty early payout fees (sometimes called “clawback“) or any other fees hidden in the fine print. Better still they’re straight forward so what you see published on our fees page is everything. Full stop.
Higher Customer Satisfaction
We survey all our client’s via an independent online service using the global standard Net Promoter Score to give us the best view on how well we are doing. Our customer satisfaction score is the highest published for the mortgage industry. We have also never had a negative rating nor complaint made against us to the independent ombudsman service.
